Wisdom is being able to differentiate when someone is doing it on purpose or because they are overwhelmed by their emotions.

Sometimes, it is better to let go rather than fight back, as we don’t know what they are going through. Most of the time, they are miserable and their life is empty. They know something is missing, they cannot feel anything but they don’t see it as a problem as it has been so long that they have been trapped in this mindset.

Anxiety can push you to react impulsively, especially when others are involved.

But at one point, it requires help and there is no shame in seeking professional counseling. You will know when you reach this point as you will start isolating yourself, spending your nights on social media distracting yourself, and staying stuck in the past. You won’t be able to move on.

That will be your breaking point where you should just ask for immediate assistance.

Just look at your sleep patterns as well as your addictions.

Do you scroll randomly at 3 a.m.? Do you smoke more than before? Do you skip meals?

You should ask yourself all these questions.
